Yo Gotti is on the LAPD’s radar as a person of interest in the shooting of Young Dolph … TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us Gotti and Young Dolph were both staying at the Loews Hotel in Hollywood Tuesday when their crews got into some sort of disagreement. We’re told just a short time later, shots were fired outside the hotel.
Our sources say witnesses at the scene told officers Gotti was involved.
It’s certainly not the first time the two have been connected in beef … back in February Blac Youngsta — who is signed with Yo Gotti — was accused of shooting over a hundred bullets at Dolph’s SUV in Charlotte. Youngsta eventually turned himself in.
President Trump railed against National Football League players who have knelt during the national anthem.
Trump said that he and Sen. Luther Strange (R-Ala.), who he was stumping for in Huntsville, are “unified” by “great American values.”
“We’re proud of our country and we’re proud of our flag,” he said.
He said players who disrespect the flag and kneel for the national anthem should be ejected from the stadium and cut from the team.
“Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say ‘get that son of a b**** off the field right now – he’s fired,'” Trump said. My question is and let’s be real his comments was about race he doesn’t have to say it sometimes it’s easy to divisive and hide the truth in plain sight and do you think that he is being racial injustice? leave a comment below. Netflix continues its push to produce original content for its massive internet-television platform, as it revealed an upcoming hip-hop comedy film titled “The After Party.”
According to Variety, hip-hop artists Wiz Khalifa and French Montana will headline the upcoming movie, alongside actress and rapper Teyena Taylor.
“Two best friends on their last night together trying to achieve a record deal before one heads to college and the other leaves for military service,” the film’s plot read.
“In one wild night, a lot will go down before the sun comes up and these two lifelong friends either have succeeded on their quest or must go their separate ways.”
“How to Make It in America” director Ian Adelman is expected to helm the project, while Russel Simmons will be in charge of production.
The 30-year-old Khalifa (born Cameron Thomaz) is no stranger to the big screen, having starred in the 2012 comedy “Mac & Devin Go to High School” along with another hip-hop icon, Snoop Dogg. www.beatsbyjm.com
The “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” reunion show came to a screeching halt after 2 of its stars started throwing down … and now cops are involved.
Production sources tell TMZ … Rodney Lazell Shaw (aka Zellswag) and Myles Cunningham (aka Misster Ray) were in the middle of taping Tuesday night in NYC, discussing an ongoing season 4 beef about who jacked whose swag.
We’re told producers wanted them to squash it, Rodney agreed and moved in for a hug … but instead unleashed a beatdown … repeatedly punching and kicking Myles. Cops were called but by the time they arrived, Rodney had bolted.
Law enforcement sources tell us a misdemeanor assault report was filed and Rodney is wanted for questioning. We’re told the beating was recorded, and could be featured when the show airs.
We’ve reached out to Rodney’s people, but no word back. Meanwhile, Misster Ray talked all kinds of smack after the incident. www.beatsbyjm,com
XXXTentacion’s new music video shows a 6-year-old boy getting strung up by a noose with the rapper himself doing the deed — a disturbingly powerful image that created serious casting problems … TMZ has learned.
The “Look at Me” video — which XXXTentacion conceived and directed — is centered around police brutality against black citizens, white supremacy and slavery. There’s a scene where XXX himself is hanging — but at one point the music cuts altogether and the scene with 2 young boys begins.
One kid is white and the other black … and XXX slips the noose around the white child’s neck. www.beatsbyjm.comHere Is The Video
“Love,” the new single from rap crazies iLoveMakonnen and Rae Sremmurd, is a delightful mess of contradictions. It’s a song called “Love” about a relationship falling apart, a summit between southern rap stars that doesn’t contain an ounce of rapping, and a collaboration with pop and stripper-rap impresario Mike WiLL Made-It that leans closer to pop-punk than anything else in his body of work. It’s airtight. If there’s any justice left in the world, this’ll go sailing up the charts and restore Makonnen to prominence after a rocky stretch where his deal with Drake’s OVO Sound label fizzled, and he came out as queer to criticism from fans and friends like the Migos. beatsbyjm
